How long will it take to receive my Item(s)?

We ship all our orders-(no drop shipping). The average order arrives at it's destination within 3-7 days from date items are shipped ( If shipped within the United States). Some take longer depending on the shipping carrier and your distance from Utah. Most Sizzix and other items will be shipped within 2-3 business days (we do not work the 2nd half of Friday, Saturday, Sunday or regular Holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes- We are happy to ship to Europe and Australia- Please contact us at customerservice@hallmarkscrapbook.com if you live in a country other than a European country or Australia to see if we are able to ship to you. We ship everything we can in Priority International Flat Rate envelopes for (usually 5-14 day delivery- from ship date) to minimize shipping cost to you. Unfortunately-some items just won't fit, or we'd use them for EVERYTHING. Global Priority Flat Rate Envelopes often save you on customs fees or taxes upon arrival, but not always. They are also the FASTEST way to get your items- but cannot be insured and do not have tracking numbers.  Out of thousands of packages shipped this way internationally, we have only had 2 package in more than 9 years not arrive at it's destination.

What is a "Flat Rate" Envelope or Box?

A Flat Rate Envelope is an envelope shipped thru United States Postal Service that is allowed to have up to 4 lbs of weight for the same shipping cost as 1 lb, as long as it fits in the envelope. INTERNATIONAL Flat Rate envelope shipping cost is $12.00 for a PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL envelope. Example: the equivalent of 4 large sizzix dies will fit into a large envelope (1 Lrg die = 2 Medium dies, 1 Meduim Die = 2 Small dies.) Normally a 4 lb package shipped to Europe would be more than $30 shipped by weight only. So shipping in Flat Rate envelopes saves quite a bit of money. Using these envelopes often saves additional customs fees or taxes upon arrival, but no always. Flat Rate Boxes are offered for DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL shipping and the cost is $8.95- Shipped within the United States and $38 shipped internationally. The the weight is limited to 20 lbs and must physically fit in the box. Thank you USPS!

RETURNS & RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Returns are accepted, postage paid by customer, within 10 days with Return Authorization only. Returned items must be unopened and unused. If items are found to be opened or used they will be returned to you at your cost. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No- Restocking fee will be charged for exchanges- but you will need to pay the shipping cost (back to us and then to you again for the exchanged item). Make sure to ship your product with tracking or confirmation.  We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit. Sizzix Dies are not returnable unless they are defective. All sales are final on Cricut machines, Software (including Image CD's), Pazzles Machines, Gyspy Handheld devise and all Stamps. If your machine is defective - Provo Craft or Pazzles will take care of it thru the warranty. Please contact us at Customerservice@hallmarkscrapbook.com  for defective returns on any other items. They may need to be handled thru the Manufacturer. (Manufacturers need to know of defective items to help prevent any production errors in the future).

No goods will be accepted for exchange OR return without authorization. Packages received without authorization will be refused.
