Pre-order Conditions
Please read and understand before you place your order

• We ship pre-orders in the order they were received. We ship them as quickly as we can until they are all shiped. We are usually one of the first to get NEW items because we are just 5 min from Provo Craft but we are still at the mercy of Provo Craft as to when we get them. You might hear of another company getting them a day before us but rest assured we will begin shipping the same day they arrive.
  
• Pre-order Items cannot be combined with other items except other pre-order items within the same "group" because they are expected to be available to ship at the same time. Your order will ship when ALL items in your order are in stock. To avoid having to wait until ALL items are in stock- Place each cartridge on a separate order. If you don't mind waiting- group them together to get the best shipping value. Provo Craft may not get all cartridges in at the same time. The arrival date given is the information Provo Craft has given us and may change for each cartridge.
  
• When placing your pre-order you will also be making a pre-payment.
  
• We cannot accept cancellations on pre-orders
