Ok, this one is really cool. What you do is take your embossing folder, open it up, take whatever color ink you want to use, and ink the inside front of the embossing folder. place your paper carefully inside the embossing folder and run it throuh your machine. Open it up and voila! you've got an inked background and your embossing is the original color of the paper! It's an awesome technique! I've been trying to upload a card I did with it into the photo gallery, but can't get it to take. Oh! Just thought that I can upload it here.


I'll keep trying to upload it to the image gallery with all the directions. Give this a shot! It's really cool!!

Thanks so much Nancy and Regina! I'm loving that crackle paint too. I'm hoping maybe Jody will get some in sometime. I've only got three of the colors and want them all.

Hey Lynne, I just rinse the ink off with warm running water and the folder is back to normal!!! This is an awesome technique!!! Very Happy

I just use a baby wipe. It leaves a little residual tint to the plastic depending on what kind of ink you're using, but that doesn't bother me. Try it, you'll LOVE it!!!
