Question: I have a question and I'd like to talk to someone on the phone , can I get your phone #?
Answer: We are a small family owned and run business that does not have the manpower to staff a phone line full time.
Question: I'm having trouble placing my order online. My Credit card is being declined but I know there is money available.
Answer: MOST of the time a declined Card has NOTHING to do with if there is money available. Usually it is an address issue. Please make sure the address entered for the "billing" address is the SAME as where the statements for the card you are using are sent. We can ship to a differnt address but the billing address must match. The other most common problem with a card being declined is a "gift" card. Since gift cards do not have billing addresses our credit card processor has nothing to match it to and they will not allow them. They have very strict anti fraud regulations which is usually very good because it protects our customers.
Question: I just placed my order and need to add something to it. Can I do that?
Answer: Once your order is completed we cannot add anything to it. Because of the new Anti Fraud laws we do not keep any credit card details on file, so we have no way to charge you for the additional item(s). A separate order will need to be placed if you would like to add to your order.
Question: I live in Puerto Rico, I cannot enter my address to place my order. Can I place my order by Phone instead?
Answer: We''re very sorry but we are not able to ship to Puerto Rico at this time. If you live in PR and would like to have your order shipped within the 50 United States we can do that. We have had many problems with packages not making it to PR destinations. Getting packages to our customers is a top priority for us and if the postal service cannot deliver consistantly then the risk is too high. We DO realize it is part of the US Postal Service, that''s why we don''t understand why we have had trouble in the past.
